Repair service
Please report any issues you encounter via a support ticket from here
Please do not return the items until you contact us and receive a return authorization.
Returns of products in good working order will receive a refund for the item price only, not shipping charges.
Full refund requires :
For packages received which are defective, opened or torn please refer to your postal office or the delivery person we will not be responsible for damage due to transport.
- 30 days for replacement
- 60 days for repair
Warranty claims do not cover the following :
- An HGLRC product without invoice, proof of purchase from HGLRC or an authorized reseller,
- A modified power outlet,
- Damaged wire,
- Any damage caused by a "Crash" accident,
- Due to humidity or water,
- Mechanical damage to electronic components / PCBs,
- Soldering on the printed circuits (except on the external solder tabs),
- Incorrect welding,
- Inappropriate use,

Repair service

- Repair available in China, United States and Switzerland.
- A warranty period of 60 days can be accepted.
- The damaged item, repairable or not, will be evaluated.
- Repair costs excluding shipping costs.
- The duration of the repair will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of parts.
- RMA # (to be requested before shipment)
- 60 days for return from date of purchase
- Shipment of incorrect product by runtime errors will be accepted
- Returned items made unsaleable as a new product will be rejected.
- The returned products must in all cases be complete.
- Returns of opened packages may be accepted in certain rare situations, but may be subject to a restocking fee or be rejected depending on the condition of the items.

- Orders may be refunded up to 30 days after shipment.
